Description: This practical, innovative training package will provide your organisation with all the knowledge needed to start a mealtime revolution. This is an opportunity for your organisation to host some of Maggie’s team of experts so that you can learn how to enhance mealtimes across your aged care residences. The package will be tailored to the needs of your organisation.Presenters: Elizabeth Oliver, Occupational Therapist, Care Change Consultant; Julie Smith, Registered Nurse, Care Change Consultant; Natalie O’Brien, Speech Pathologist; and guest speakers.
Audience: This comprehensive training package is for organisations wanting to enhance their mealtimes, with an aim for this training to be delivered in-house using our trainers. We suggest that the potential attendees within an organisation will be staff working in clinical, management and leadership roles in residential care including facility managers, clinical nurses, registered nurses, enrolled nurses, allied health professionals, catering managers, chefs, and staff development. Please note that at this stage, this is only available to organisations in Perth, Western Australia.
